Job description

Responsibilities:

• Reports in site progress status to Project Manager.
• Assisting Project Manager on site planning.
• · Permit holder and carry out day-to-day site operations and supervise site work.
• · Coordinate and liaise with client, sub-contractors, suppliers and local authorities to ensure effective and efficient site progress and to implement and complete projects according to the agreed schedule.
• Meet operational standards by resolving problems, contributing information and identifying improvements.
• Involving in testing, commissioning activities and handling over of the job.
• Monitoring the progress of work and also updating daily to site manager and client.
• Enforce company’s safety procedures and policies at project/construction sites. Ensure that employees and sub-contractor’s workers adhered to the Safety plan and procedures.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and able to join immediately
• Added advantage if have 1 year experience in project/construction sites with hands-on experience in general construction or renovation.
• Computer literate and with fair spoken & written English.
• Able to perform under stress and challenges.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel frequently to site within Malaysia on short notice.
