Performance of Duties:- To ensure smooth operation and supervisory works at project sites
- Responsible for site activities progress, quality and safety
- Responsible and follow up to ensure good quality structural & architectural finishes in order to attain good Conquas or QLassic scores
- Assist Head of Project/ Project Manager in contract administration and site management
- Prepare and review construction programme
- Liaises with clients, consultants or main contractor on all site matters; e.g. timely issuance of construction drawings follow up on drawings, amendments, etc.
- Coordinates with subcontractors on details, sequence and programme of work
- Ensures timely submittal and accuracy of progress reports
- Monitors and controls wastages of material at site
