We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor (INTERIOR DESIGN COMPANY) to supervise construction projects from start to finish. You will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- To carry out supervision and monitoring of all the renovation construction / installation works.
- Supervise and control sub-contractors daily work activities, and ensuring material and equipment, personnel and tools are available to perform the work.
- To carry out all materials / product receiving, handling & storage in accordance with the SOP.
- Check and inspect works in accordance with the Inspection and plans.
- Ensure all necessary inspection and testing are performed and verified / passed before proceeding to the next stage of construction or installation work.
- Maintain site diary to record daily activities at site.
- Prompt reporting of any non-conformances to Senior Designer.
- To ensure all the construction / installation at site shall follows / base on the approved works programme by client.
- Attend sub-contractors’ coordination meetings, and technical meetings as and when required.
