Job description

1. Be responsible for the inspection and maintenance of all dust removal equipment and induced draft fans in the feeding area. If problems are found in the dust removal system, the equipment shall be operated and inspected for maintenance such as start-up, shutdown, air supply, ventilation, etc., and shall carefully make records to check the operation of the equipment and fill in and keep all original records of production and equipment.
2. Be familiar with the operation of each post in the area under its jurisdiction, be fully familiar with the supply of personnel, equipment and materials in the class, strengthen production ties, and organize the preparation and commissioning work before and after equipment maintenance.
3. Check the cleaning of sticky materials and spilled materials of equipment to ensure normal production, do a good job in the spot check, maintenance and lubrication of equipment in this area, and regularly organize the personnel in this class to seriously study and implement various management regulations and post procedures issued by the factory department and workshop.
