JOB SCOPE

• Supervise the smooth execution of projects, ensuring its timely completion within project

budget in respect of engineering works specified.

• Oversee detailed planning of the entire project and plan out the resources needed and

chart out an effective activity plan.

• Supervise team members and ensure efficient and effective execution of tasks assigned.
• Maintain cordial relationships with project team players including authorities, consultants

and contractors.

• Deal effectively with problems that may arise within the project team or issues with

construction progress.

• Provide accurate, regular and up-to-date status reports to Project Head for effective

decision makings.

QUALIFYING CRITERIA

• An engineering degree is an expectation with at least 10-15 years construction-based

experience in managing high-rise and high-valued projects.

• Track record in delivering projects within timelines demonstrated in past employment(s)

will receive favorable consideration.

• Strong analytical skills and able to size construction issues and recommend resolutions.
• Good interpersonal and communications (both verbal and written) skills are primary

attributes

• Good team leader and person of integrity and professionalism.
• Able to cope well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Registered as Building & Infrastructure Construction, actively involved and assist in development both government and private project.
Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5
