Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure process flow to be in compliance with company policies, ISO and other relevant requirements.
• Recommends and initiate improvements to production processes, to increase manufacturing efficiency.
• Readily perceives and effectively responds to schedules and product flows essential to supervising highly productive, cost-effective, quality-oriented manufacturing operations.
• Actively define, research and implement new technologies and best practices to advance manufacturing processes.
• Research and develop new pipe products and efficient pipe storage.
• Establish and control procedures to ensure compliance with high-quality standards.
• Responsible for compliance with safety and housekeeping requirements.
• Provide training, support, direction and guidance to department personnel to continually develop their work habits, job skills and safety practices.
• Sustain a high standard of 5S and Lean culture in warehouse operations.
• Any other duties assigned to you from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Certified in electrical & mechanical courses in relevant fields.
• Minimum 10 years related working experience.
