Job description

• Receive, loading & unloading, prepare all types of materials deliver and send out from store.
• Follow company standards workflow for issuing and receiving stock within the store's area of operation.
• Monitor Replacement levels for all stock items to ensure proper levels by weekly stock take.
• Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note, expiry date and agreed quantity has been received.
• Keeping storage areas clean & tidy up.
• Ensure the quantity requested and the quantity issued always matches.
• Work closely with Admin & Purchasing to order and receive items and equipment.
• Prepare and standby material to Supervisor or transporter in design collection bay.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the management or supervisors.
