The opportunity to teach small people swimming skills may feel more like fun than work. At the Little Dolphin Swim Academy, we will pay to train you to teach in a joyous, systematic method that enriches not only our students but our staff as well.

We start with babies as young as eight weeks old and are happy to teach 80 year old folks as well. Our new, state of the art facility is clean, with fresh air and 88-degree water.We have year round, part-time (that may become full-time) positions, in our growing, cutting edge Swim Academy that is committed to excellence in instruction. Some experience in swim instruction or competitive swimming is preferred.

We are located about 15 min from Rutgers/Middlesex CC, 10 min from RVCC, in Bridgewater/Bound Brook, NJ (at the intersection of 287 and Route 22).

Requirements:

• Learn LDSA curriculum, policies and practices.
• Responsible to be prompt for assigned shifts.

Compensation:

• Starting instructor pay $16-20/hr
• Highest pay with lifeguard certification.
• Bonus after 4 months of work ($100-400).
• Training pay $13/hr, after written test passed, $14/hr.
• Supervisor $22/hr
• Lifeguard $14-15/hr
