Responsibilities:
This position supports a Customer who provides enterprise services to enhance the project management and systems engineering through the full systems lifecycle used by medical staff and security officers. The roles and responsibilities are not limited to:

Assist PMO in assessing, documenting, and tracking new program requirements and follow-on activities to closure
  • Schedule and facilitate technical exchange meetings and information sessions
  • Manage project schedules, action items, deliverables and tracing to successful completion
  • Develop clear, concise, readable technical requirement, business processes and documentation;
  • Analyze technical content and able to depict the problem statements
  • Workflows, graphics, and briefings, using automated tools and research methods to finalize deliverables.
  • Collect data, conducts research and ensures the right technical solution is aligns the user statement of needs

    • forms
    • plans
    • meeting minutes
  • Compile various technical information in an easy to comprehend format for decision makers that allows the project and team work to progress on schedule.
  • Apply a systems thinking mindset; determines how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, components, and the environment will affect outcomes
  • Monitor, track. and assess performance of projects and organization to make improvements so the corrective actions required to enhance relations with product owners, SMEs and team.
Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Agile methods and software's collaboration on development projects
  • Proficient in Agile practices in Jira for successful product delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to define Interface control documents (ICDs)
  • Demonstrated successful PMO working relationship to document, diagram, and track new program requirements and follow-on technical exchange meetings (TEMs). Follow up of action items and ensure closure.
  • Ability to coordinate and adjust to change fluidly and able to manage competing tasks and requirements.
  • Ability to collect, organize and monitor individuals, organization and customer prioritizes
  • Ability to facilitate TEMS with various organization’s technical personnel and manage project plans
  • Graphic packages knowledge and workflow management skills highly preferred
  • Must have an Active and Current TS/SCI w/ FS Poly
  • BS 8-10, MS 6-8, PhD 3-5
