What is your main job scope?

• Plan and execute a full recruitment cycle according to the company's existing establishment and business needs
• Strategise and optimize recruiting marketing channel development
• Manage and improve the end-to-end recruitment process, including initial assessments, interviews, offers, onboarding, and training
• Establish an organizational culture that supports employee engagement, retention, and development
• Manage generic operational matters, including employees payroll, transfers, retirements and employment contract renewals
