  • Define hiring criteria, sourcing potential candidates on different platforms such as social media, referrals, job portal, company's database and reaching out to prospects via email or phone
  • Source candidates through databases, social media and all relevant platforms or use variety techniques and creativity to discover and attract the best passive talent.
  • Handles 180 recruitment which mainly manages candidates’ generations
  • Builds good rapport with job seekers to facilitate a successful job match
  • Engage with passive candidates for critical roles that spread across all software development and vacancies
  • Focus on networking closely within the industry to attract top talent and clients.
  • Strategizing effective ways to grow the company’s client base.
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
  • Act as a strategic partner to clients and candidates looking to find their best match.
  • Identify job requirement by understanding job descriptions and job qualifications for best job matching between potential candidates and clients
  • Assess and evaluate candidates’ skills and experience, career goals and suitability for different roles.
  • Determined applicants’ qualifications and experience through phone, virtual or physical interview and propose interested quality profiles to clients.
  • Conduct interview with candidates via phone, virtual or physical platforms
  • Follow up and arrange interview for shortlisted candidates, constantly communicate with candidates and update status regularyly
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
