Job Description
Monitoring all operations for Chemical and Gas Distribution systems.

• Maintaining all Chemical and Gas distribution systems as per the Preventive Maintenance schedule agreed.
• Complying with all company rules and regulations including all safety guidelines as well as customer’s regulations as per Key Performance Indicator (KPI) stated.
• Safe handling of loading and unloading activities of chemical deliveries from an external warehouse.
• Hook-up and Un-hook chemical Industrial Bulk Container (IBC)/drum to and from Chemical Dispense Module.
• Assisting and executing chemical and gas charge-in activities for all related Chemical Distribution Modules, Chemical Valve Boxes, Valve Manifold Boxes and tools.
• Ensuring sufficient onsite stock for all online chemicals by updating and monitoring chemical inventory.
• Maintaining good housekeeping at the Chemical room, Gas room, and TCGM control room.
• Maintaining all tools or equipment for chemical sampling, analysis or testing is in good order and tip-top condition.
• Actively involved in PM activities and any other ad-hoc task or activity if any.
• Assisting customer’s Emergency Response Team (ERT) during any leakage and chemical spillage.
• Change the new gas cylinder and dismantle the empty gas cylinder from the gas cabinet (GC).
• Ensure following the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) when constructing the activity associated with chemicals or gas.
