How you might spend your days

As Team Lead, you'll be working with a motivated, multi-disciplinary team where, you'll be:

  • Responsible for a combination of Project Work and Team Leadership, as this role is a
    combination of approximately 75% work on executing projects and 25% of team leadership
  • Maintaining regular touchpoint meetings to ensure an exciting work environment with focus on individual development plans and objectives and key results that support personal, professional and company growth with your Team
  • Responsible for recruiting and/or training resources to meet the needs of the customer
  • Responsible for project scope, cost, time, and resource management according to customer
    requirements and expectations to secure fulfilment of plans
  • Responsible for the entire project life cycle – initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, and close
  • Involved in phases including basic, detailed design, construction, commissioning and hand-over
  • Working as a consultant to our customers independently or as a part of a project team
  • Executing in partnership with the client and will be project dependent with a majority of your time spent onsite with your team

The miles you’ve walked

To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others are a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:

  • B.S. or M.S. in Technical Discipline or Business Management
  • 5-10 years of project management experience
  • Experience with managing multi-discipline projects including timeline and resource oversight
  • PMP or similar certification is considered a bonus
  • Experience with pharma design/construction project management is considered a bonus
