ROLE PURPOSE

This person is a highly skilled technology engineer with the business knowledge and technical expertise to implement strategies, evaluate processes, and build upon an infrastructure that supports the ever-changing needs of our customers.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

· 1-4 years experienced in using IPRAN/PTN/Routing and Switching

· Experience in project management

· Expertise in creating, analyzing, and repairing large-scale distributed systems

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILTIES

· Responsible for the commissioning and maintenance of IPRAN/PTN, and handling technical issues and engineering issues during the period

· Responsible for IPRAN/PTN technical training and guidance

· Maintain customer satisfaction and subcontractor management

· Responsible for the stability of the IPRAN production network

· Good Chinese and English expression ability, can understand Chinese is preferred

· Experience in IPRAN network is preferred

· Familiar with basic IP network Routing & Switching technologies

· Proficiency in Word, Excel and PPT

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: From RM5,000.00 per month

• Fixed shift
