Job description

a. Assist Supervisor or Team Leader in executing preventive maintenance activities on utility equipment and ensuring all PM scope are executed properly.
b. To perform and execute corrective maintenance activities as and when needed / assigned in proper trouble-shooting exercise.
c. To ensure breakdown / highlights from end user being communicated from one shift to another and to shift leader / supervisor.
d. Carry out daily routine inspection as assigned and record on the checklist.
e. Record reading and measurement needed or as assigned inn log sheet.
f. Execute and complete Work Orders assignment as assigned by Supervisor or Team Leader and update accordingly in JDE.
g. Assist Supervisor or Team Leader in maintaining high standard of GMP compliance in the plant.
h. Maintain tools and equipment and ensuring these tools and equipment are in good working condition.
i. Assist Supervisor or Team Leader in executing and maintaining 5S activities.
j. Any other jobs / tasks as assigned by Superior.
