Job Responsibilities:

• To carry out routine monitoring, maintenance and repair of facility equipment and utilities.
• Perform troubleshooting and repair on all the system and utilities placed under the care of department for uninterrupted mall activities.
• To maintain, upkeep and upgrading the building, facilities equipment and services.
• Attend to all maintenance breakdown and repairing work including air-cond.
• To responsible for the fire fighting system at shopping mall.
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.

Job Requirement:

• Certificate in servicing air-conditioning system for high rise building.
• At least 3 years working experience in property line or shopping complex.
• Responsible for the daily operation of all M&E services.
• Able to work independently and possess good communication skills.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
