Job description

i. To assist your superior in ensuring that Facility Engineering Maintenance Services (FEMS) are according to the Concession Agreement, Technical Requirements & Key Performance Indicators, Master Agreed Procedures, Project Operation Guidelines, Hospital Specific Implementation Plan and other statutory requirements introduced from time to time.

ii. To perform Civil Engineering works in hospital which include maintenance, trouble shooting and repairing activities in Hospital Building, Roads and Carpark, Ground and Landscape, Fences and Gates -,Drainage System, Sewerage System, Water Supply System, Furniture, Kitchen Equipment, Sanitary Fittings, Signage and other related civil works.

iii. As a first line respondent to any complaints, request lodged by Hospital personnel.

iv. Perform work which can include: maintenance, repair, modification, installation and construction on one of the following activities:

i. Carpet and tile;
ii. Filters;
iii. Glass;
iv. Locks;
v. Masonry;
vi. Plasterer-painter;
vii. Roofing and shades and blinds.
viii. Furniture and door repairing.
