Job description

(a) Carry out daily jobs given/instructed by supervisor / service engineer.
(b) On arrival, inform customer in charge before any jobs being carried out in order to avoid any interruption in production.
(c) Follow all instructions given in the Scope of Works in service jobs / quotations.
(d) To implement correct working methods and use correct tools and to obey safety rules.
(e) Maintain satisfactory cleanliness at compressor room and surrounding area after the jobs have been completed.
(f) To test run and monitoring on units, record all reading to ensure units running at satisfactory conditions.
(g) Write reports on jobs done on daily time sheets and recommend any follow-up actions.
(h) Record and explain to customer if any follow up or repair jobs have to be done.
(i) Feedback to Service Supervisor on follow-up actions required.
(j) Maintain service vehicle and upkeep personal tools and equipment and workshop area.
(k) Ordering and collection of spare parts for service jobs.
(l) Recording of all time spend in field and workshop activities.
(m) Lead a Junior technician and maintain discipline over all workshop activities and ensure good housekeeping throughout the workshop and its vicinity.

(n) Lead a Junior Tech and Technicians to achieve the job assigned and supervises all kind of products servicing, trouble shooting and ad hoc repairs.
