• Coordinate and perform start-up, shutdown activities and, maintain safe and smooth plant operating conditions from panel and field. • Perform related multitasks jobs in an assigned area within the boundaries of company rules, policies, guidelines and statutory requirements. • Implement and execute planned Basic Equipment Care, Basic Operation Care and Unit Structure Round as part of unit reliability improvement program. • Conduct Safety Audit in the unit and maintain unit housekeeping. • Involve in preparation of Permit To Work. Prepare the area and ensure area is safe to work. • Execute small maintenance jobs i.e. strainer cleaning. • Prepare unit equipment for maintenance. Ensure the equipment is safe before handover to maintenance. • Ensure unit running smoothly by strictly following the Operating Procedures and Practices and Critical Operating Parameter towards achieving Operational Excellence.
