i. Prepare safe work permit and ensure the work place is safe for the intended job. ii. Control production and supervise maintenance activities to achieve smooth operation, quality and equipment reliability. iii. Monitor and optimize plant operation to achieve productivity, efficiency, quality and reliability. iv. Apply checklist for plant startup, shutdown, material batching and critical operations. v. Perform grab samples taken and acknowledge sending to LAB timely. Report immediately if found abnormality in grab sample. vi. Conduct regular plant patrol to identify process & equipment abnormality in the area of responsibility. Collect all log sheets data routinely and filed accordingly. vii. Perform and maintain good housekeeping of his work area for a clean & tidy work place.
LOTTE CHEMICAL TITAN‘s production site in Malaysia consists of eleven Plants, two co-generation plants and three tank farms.
