Job Responsible:

-Responsible in carrying our routine maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical wiring systems and related equipment in the building.

-Ensure M&E system are functioning in good condition as follows:

· air condition sufficient cool ( 22-24degree celcius )

· electrical switch board inclusive of tripping

· alarm system

· CCTV system

· fire fighting system ie sprinkler, smoke detector, hose reel, fire extinguisher

· PA system

· Escalator/travellor, lift

· Plumbing inclusive drainage system

Job Requirement:

- Minimum certificate in electrical, wireman pw4
