Job Description:

1. Production line operation

Ensure all raw materials and chemical solution are ready for production process
Ensure all equipments and facility are ready for production process
Carry out inspection and monitor process performance on regular basis or whenever required
Carry out inspection of machine and facilities on regular basis or whenever required
Address and highlight any abnormalities and operation related issue to immediate superior

2. Teamwork

Support immediate superior and management in testing new material, machines and facilities and developing process improvement
Complete all preventive maintenance activity as assigned by immediate superior / management
Participate in all courses or on-the-job training program as conducted by management

3. Safety, Health & Environment

Ensure adherence to safe work practices and procedures
Keep work place clean and tidy at all time
Support all environmental programs as arranged by management

4. Other duties

Supports and involve in company’s programs and campaigns
Check and maintains all equipment as per process specifications
Detect and diagnose malfunctions of equipment in area of responsibility
Determines methods of equipment in a timely manner
Repairs and replace malfunctioned equipment in a timely manner
Documents and files all actions pertaining to maintenance
Performs other related jobs as and when required by Supervisor
Liases with Maintenance Technician/Engineers of other process areas

Requirements:

Candidate must posses at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma in any related field or equivalent
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position
Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operation or equivalent
