Basic Job Functions: Perform Test & Reliability Testing And Measurement On Sample Modules For The Purpose Of Product Reliability Monitoring (Prm), Second Source Supplier Qualifications, Eta & Ncp For Stability And Durability Essential Functions & Responsibilities 1. Perform Baseline And Post Test Measurement For All Reliability Test On Sample Modules Pulled Out From Production Line As Per Defined Schedule. 2. Communicate Any Abnormal Test Results Immediately Relevant Stakeholder For Containment And Corrective Action. 3. Perform First Level Maintenance On Test Equipments And Communicate To Relevant Authorities If Any Abnormalities Found On Test Equipment. Experience: • 2 – 3 Year Experience In Electronic Testing Environment. Education: • Diploma In Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic Or Equivalent Field Required Skills: Behavioral: • Ability To Communication Both In English And B.Malaysia • Meticulous And Attentive To Details • Able To Adapt To Changes Fast And Have Flexibility • Possess Good Tardiness • Fast Learner Technical: • Basic Troubleshooting Skills • Knowledgeable In Calibration/Testing/Measurement Experience • Knowledgeable In Using Measurement Tools And Operating Equipment (Multimeters, Power Supplies And Data Logger) • Knowledgeable In Microsoft Application Physical Requirements: • Will Sit And Stand For Long Periods Of Time During The Day. • Will Walk, Climb Stairs And On Equipment. • May Reach Above Shoulder Heights And Below The Waist • May Lift Up To 50 Lbs. • Required To Use Hands To Finger, Lift, Handle, Carry Or Feel Objects. • May Stoop, Kneel, Bend, Talk And Hear. • Specific Vision Abilities Are Required. • All Associates Working At A First Solar Manufacturing Or R&D Facility May Be Required To Wear A Respirator At Any Given Time And Thus, The Ability To Wear A Respirator Is A Condition Of Employment And Continued Employment (Requires Little Or No Facial Hair)
