Main Responsibilities

To ensure the availability of serviceable and appropriate tools & equipment for line maintenance, base maintenance and workshop. Toolcrib Technician also in charge of spares/materials administration for Hub station.

Qualifications

Passed SPM with minimum two years working experience in the relevant field OR fresh Diploma in any discipline from a recognized institution.

Specific Functions

1. Assisting in monitoring and recording of tools / equipment daily movement

2. To update tooling and equipment status on a daily basis.

3. To ensure all calibrated tools / equipment are properly maintained.

4. To assist in the arrangement of tool / equipment to be sent for calibration with the vendor / 3rd party.

5. To ensure the Toolcrib area is clean and properly managed, including recording of temperature and humidity level.

6. To assist in sending defective tools / equipment for repair.

7. To ensure TEDR (Tool & Equipment Discrepancy Report) are available for each defective tools / equipment.

8. To ensure the administration of spares and material is performed for Hub station (Airside Store operation).

9. Attending scheduled back up as required to support maintenance operation.

10. Any other task as assigned by the immediate superior.
