Position Overview
Perform work with minimum supervision and in a safe manner. Quality work required.
Responsibilities
Maintain site landscaping including lawns, trees, shrubs, flowers, turf and irrigation.
Operate machine tools, landscaping equipment, and shop equipment including portable tools.
Use precision instruments and tools.
Maintain equipment and facilities using multiple skills, natural and acquired, to do a quality job including painting, dry wall repairs and flooring installs.
Work from oral and/or written instructions, take measurements, and prepare material lists.
Lubricate motors, pumps, landscaping equipment, and other miscellaneous equipment as needed.
Utilize basic skills to work the total job, exercising caution to ensure safety is never compromised.
Maintain good housekeeping in and around the job site.
Must be able to work any required overtime, any shift, including snow days clearing parking lots.
Requirements
The ability to obtain lift truck license.
Be able to lift 50 pounds and team-lift greater weight.
Be able to work in extreme heat and extreme cold.
Be able to work in the rain.
Have a valid driver’s license.
Be able to pass DOT physical.
Work Shift
8 Hr non-rotating shift, Hrs fall to in punch day, Observed Calendar, shift starts AM
