Roberson's Albany Ford has an immediate opening for a full-charge, experienced Title Clerk. **Wage to be discussed in interview - depends upon experience**

Job Details:

* Process all new and used DMV documents

* Posting of car deals into accounting

* Overseeing that titles are received and processed in accordance to DMV regulations

* Posting and processing wholesale titles

* Responsible for tracking DMV shortages, high payoffs and down payments, as well as late letters to lienholders for title delays

* Assist with answering phones and greeting customers at the counter as needed

* A variety of other duties may be assigned by management as needed

* Full-time, M-F 8-5

Job Requirements:

* Previous automotive office experience preferred

* High level of attention to detail and organization

* Must be 18 years or older

* Ability to use 10-key by touch

* Proficient with computers - CDK experience preferred

* Ability to sit for extended periods of time

* Ability to communicate well with people. This job requires clear and detailed communication with customers, lenders, DMV, and various support positions within the dealership

* At least 2 years of relevant title experience
