Job Description
- Overseeing the overall management of Trade & Warehouse teams and their activities in accordance with the mission and the goals of the company.
- Overseeing the overall implementation and management of the ERP inventory system.
- Overseeing the proper implementation and management of the ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, Strategic Trade Act, License Manufacturing
- Warehouse license compliance, Trade policies and other compliance policies, ensuring the best practices are in place.
- Developing half yearly budgets to support goals for Trade & Warehouse Department.
- Ensure the monthly on time closing for Accounts Department reporting.
- Targets setting and cascading down to both teams, apply 2-way management to achieve the Director’s goals.
- Identify and manage training to develop staffs for succession planning.
- Leading, mentoring and providing on job training and supporting teams to meet tight schedule.
- To support in components/parts management for production orders.
Requirements
- At least Degree in any studies
- At least 8 years working experience with 6 years in supervisory position
- Familiar with License Manufacturing Warehouse and Sales & GST Tax
- Posses own transport and must be able to work at Shah Alam, Selangor
