Key Responsibilities*

• Fabricate coils of various designs.
• Stack and unstack core steel when needed.
• Measure core steel when needed.
• Maintain safe, clean, and orderly workstation. Responsible for maintaining all shop equipment and tools at his/her workstation.
• Meet fabrication goals set by supervisor
• Operate forklift when needed.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

The ideal candidate will embody the following characteristics and possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:

• Honest, trustworthy and reliable.
• Hardworking.
• Physical ability to perform heavy work, exerting up to 50lbs of force occasionally and/or in excess of 20lbs force frequently.
• Comfortable working in extreme heat and cold.
• Previous experience has a transformer coil winder required.
• Ability to use basic hand tools, gauges, and test equipment.
