How you'll make a difference:
The Director of Treasury Management will direct and manage all areas of Treasury Operations for the organization with a focus on the planning and execution of cash flow and liquidity management while ensuring that financial transactions, policies, and procedures fulfill the organization's objectives, needs, and regulatory requirements, as well as overseeing the corporate banking, credit and investment functions. This position will collaborate with various finance functions as well as other Arkos departments across the organization.
This position will be a hybrid role, working from home and in the Gilbert, AZ office as needed, after the individual gets established.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversees all cash management functions and reporting including overseeing daily cash positioning activities such as managing daily liquidity, cash position reconciliation and bank reporting, as well as developing cash forecasting methods to optimize the company's liquidity position
- Maintains and cultivates banking relationships to ensure the company has access to the best products and services
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with banking regulations, company policies and internal controls.
- Acts in a lead role in capital structure, debt management, financing relationships to ensure the most efficient use of the company’s capacity and borrowed monies
- Assists with developing key inputs into the balance sheet, income statements and cash flow statements for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, as well as the organizations budgeting and forecasting process
- Analyze payment data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
- Develop and implement fraud prevention strategies to minimize risk and protect the company and its customers
- Participate with the finance team and other members of the organizations leadership to ensure that capital expenditures are forecast and accounted for properly
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize receipt and distribution of payment processing and increase efficiency
- Manages the review of bank reports and communicates updates to leadership team
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 7 to 10+ years of experience in treasury management, preferably in a healthcare organization
- Strong understanding of payment industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience with payment processing and reconciliation, including ACH, wire, and card payments
- Familiarity with payment fraud prevention strategies and technologies
- Experience with debt financing and capital structure optimization
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools, as well as familiarity with payment processing software and tools and familiarity with general ledger systems
- Ability to develop and implement strategies to optimize payment processing and increase efficiency
- Must be a highly motivated self-starter while working in a deadline driven, fast-paced environment
