Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health record (EHR) systems
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in healthcare coordination
- Experience with telehealth in healthcare
- Experience in Patient Coordinator or In Medical Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate virtual patient visits and follow-up care with healthcare providers
- Educate patients and families on virtual care options and procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
