Olive Branch Grill – Waitstaff

Our new and highly anticipated restaurant is about to open, we are hiring for full and part time waiters/waitresses. We are looking for energetic and committed team members who love authentic food and a family feel, to provide world class service to our guests.

We are a family owned and operated company, making recipes that have been passed down for generations. We value high quality, excellent service, attention to detail, in a fun and genuine environment.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Responsible for greeting guests, showing to tables, presenting menus, taking, and delivering orders.
• Answer questions and make recommendations on the menu and drinks.
• Remove necessary plates while guests are still seated at tables.
• Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitization and presentation. Provide and/or remove extra place settings at tables as needed.
• Issue bills and collect payment.
• Learn and retain information about our menu.
• Excellent multi-tasking, listening, and communication skills.
• Food service/restaurant experience required.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while keeping customer service at top of mind.
• Quick and adaptable learner, a team player with a can-do attitude.
• Holds themselves and their work to high standards.
• Near constant standing or walking, reaching/turning/twisting. Ability to lift or carry up to 15lbs.

• We offer a flexible full or part time schedule with paid training.
• You’ll receive an employee discount and delicious meal shifts are provided.
• Anticipated hourly pay range: $25.00-$50.00+ including tips.

Shift: hiring both full and part time – day, evening, and/or night.
