Reports for duty punctually wearing the proper uniform and name tag at all times.

Serve food and beverage to guests according to standards set.

Handles guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.

Provides courteous and professional service at all times.

Checks constantly on guest satisfaction, maintains the best possible guest relations, able to anticipate guests’ needs and ensures the fulfilment of all guest expectations.

Stationed in the assigned area of the dining / outlet during service hours unless specifically assigned elsewhere.

Maintains neatness and cleanliness at assigned station, back area and dining area throughout the day.

Ensures station adequately stocked with necessary supplies before, during and after service hours.

Prepares necessary mise en place concerning the operations.

Follows-up on store / general requisition.

Performs side duties as assigned on daily / weekly / monthly basis as determined by the Restaurant Manager or Assistant.

Takes good care at all operating tools and equipment.

Ensures that the buffet must continuously refill, serving spoon / fork are cleaned, sufficient supply of dishes and that food is hot and presented in an attractive manner.

Returns soiled linen and collect clean linen from Housekeeping.

Is a team player and supports other staff.

Maintains a good working relationship with your own colleagues and all other department.

Attends pre-service briefing and any other training as required by the Manager.

Attends communication meeting set by the Manager

Has a complete understanding of and adheres to the Hotel’s policy relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
