Workshop Executive Job Scope : -

• Coordinate with purchasing team, site personnel and logistic team on the materials or machineries or tools delivery and distribution.
• Maintain workshop store administration (Ex. materials/ machineries/ scaffolding/ consumable items inventory report, MRIN record (Material Requisition Issue Note), ISO documents and etc)
• Ensure cleanliness and health safety measures in the workshop at all times.
• Oversee workshop daily operations and activities
• Ensure all materials, tools, machineries are stored properly and safely in designated area

Essential Education, Training, Skills and Experience:

• Minimum SPM or Diploma holder, preferably in basic business administration qualification
• Minimum 3 years experience in warehouse/ workshop field
• Preferably with 3 years relevant experience in construction industry
