The Warehouse & Logistics Manager ensures the execution of local logistic services within his country/cluster. W&L Manager is part of the Supply Chain organization. The JDE Supply chain manages the total network of goods movement from JDE Manufacturing plants and/or Suppliers to the Retailers/Distributors. The organization / process overview of the Supply Chain organization, led by the Regional Head of Supply Chain includes Customer Service, Demand Planning, Warehouse & Distribution.

The scope is management & execution of warehouse activities at Hub and distribution of our (semi) finished products:

• From factory/ third party (Co-Manufacturer/ supplier) to the warehouse (SIT)
• From warehouse to other JDE entities (intercompany deliveries)
• To and from Co-Packers ( in case of external one)
• Customs processes
• From one L plant to another L plant within Malaysia
• Continuing Improvement processes (CIP)

Performance is measured by the KPI: W&D costs as % of turnover, OTIF. W&D activities either outsourced to third-party Logistic Service Providers with whom intensive stakeholder management is needed.

University Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Controlling or Finance.

Must have:

• 7+ years of Supply chain/logistics experience;
• FMCG experience;
• Good command of SAP / MS office / Business intelligence tools;

Nice to have:

• Good knowledge of Asian logistics networks;
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and results approach;
• Successful experience in benchmarking local organizations;
• Previous LSP or 4PLs management.
