PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACTIVITIES

• Manage and coordinate the activities of staff including training, employee development, performance evaluation, hiring decisions, and the establishment of goals and performance objectives for assigned department
• Provide continual evaluation of department processes, methods, and activities to assure the most effective use of resources and equipment
• Manage budget and expenditures
• Accurately, oversee the receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of inventory sold to customers
• Review and maintain KPI’s to achieve customer satisfaction
• Maintain inventory accuracy
• Serve as the liaison between the Warehouse area and other departments, responding to all needs fairly and in the most productive manner
• Review work load prioritization and utilization of personnel to achieve target KPIs
• Evaluate staffing levels are adequate to workload
• Ensure procedures and processes are being followed or updated for efficiency
• Work with Materials Manager achieving OES targets.
• Drive improvements in Warehouse
• Perform other work related tasks as assigned
• Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures
