WAREHOUSE EXECUTIVE / SUPERVISOR / ASSISTANT
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS AT LEAST SPM AND ABOVE (ANY FIELD)
2. KNOWLEDGE IN MICROSOFT OFFICE (EXCEL,WORD)
3. PREFERABLY WITH MINIMUM OF 2YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THE RELEVANT FIELD THOUGH FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY
4. MUST BE SELF-MOTIVATED : POSSESS STRONG INITIATIVE : GOOD ANALYTICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS WITH POSITIVE WORKING ATTITUDE
5. PHYSICALLY ABLE TO STAND , SIT , MOVE , SQUAT , WALK, AND CLIMB DURING THE COURSE OF THE SHIFT
6. DELICATE , SELF-MOTIVATED, GOOD DISCIPLINE AND TEAM PLAYER
7. APPLICANTS MUST BE WILLING TO WORK AT SUNGAI BULOH

JOB DISCRIPTION
1. TO RECEIVE AND RECORD NEW STOCK AS IT COMES IN AND MOVE STOCK ONTO TRUCKS OR STORE SHELVES AS NEEDED.
2. TO CREATE SCHEDULES , MONITOR STOCK LEVELS AT THE WAREHOUSE AND KNOW WHEN TO REPLENISH STOCK.
3. TO MAINTAN INVENTORY RECORSD AND TALLY AGAINST SYSTEM RECORDS AND JUSTIFY STOCK VARIANCES
4. RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SECURITY OF THE STOCK AND THE WAREHOUSE
5. LIAISE WITH INTERNAL STAFF TO ENSURE SMOOTH OPERATION.
6. PLAN AND COORDINATE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAMS TO ENSURE TIMELY OPERATIONS.
(SHIPMENTS CLEARANCE AND DELIVERY) EXECUTION
7. TO ENSURE ALL INVENTORY TRANSACTION ARE COMPLETE WITHIN THE TIMELINE AND MAINTAIN STOCK ACCURACY.
8. BE RESPONSIBLE TO SUPPORT DAY-TO-DAY OPERATIONS IN WAREHOUSE.
JOB TYPE : FULL TIME
BASIC SALARY : RM1800 – RM 2500 + ALLOWANCE
