Job description

1. Authorizes to enter warehouse movement in Nav System and conduct random audit.
2. To ensure all the movement in & out is reflect with system.
3. To ensure all product defect and damage in proper location with bin
4. Warehouse stock in proper & correct bin location
1. Ensure Transfer order be generated is according to production plan.
2. To ensure warehouse operator to pick the items requested as per lot and bin location.
3. Liaison with production on the production priority
4. Supervise warehouse personnel especially on the warehouse supply team
5. Ensure correct recording of stock movement and control.
6. Update and monitor tracking report
7. Monitor pending track order in Nav
8. Ensure proper storage and transfer of material in FIFO basis
9. Ensure proper segregation of materials to prevent mix-up
10. Perform random audit to ensure inventory consistency
11. Ensure all return items from production and quality assurance department to put back in system
12. To liase with production planner to organize stock for production line.
13. To contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures.
14. To resolve other issues at warehouse level- pick, supply, warehouse data system and location
15. To ensure all warehouse documentation are completed posting for production to consume output in system (NAV)
16. To manage yearly stock take for data entry and reconcile if there is any discrepancy.
17. To enter GRN for all incoming bulk, packaging material.
18. Post for all subcon to do list
19. Issue MPF for warehouse stock adjustment
