Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
Manage key projects in Yoodo and ensure projects assigned (mainly technology related) are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Ensure projects assigned (mainly technology related) are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
2. Develop detail project plan to monitor and track progress, providing insights and updates to management.
3. Proactively manage changes of scope and perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
4. Drive hybrid agile management of projects ie. able to run agile methods such as sprints, stand-ups while at the same time able to also do traditional methods such as waterfall depending on the project at hand.
5. Coordinate and work with all stakeholders (technology and non-technology teams) to ensure successful delivery.
6. Optimise and improve processes and overall approach where necessary.
7. Secure growth opportunities and initiate new digital projects.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree (preferably min 2nd Upper) (any field)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
EXPERIENCE:
- Min 8 years proven working experience in project management
- Has managed technology projects
- Has knowledge of agile project management

- Independent and does whatever it takes to get things done (start-up environment)
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills with attention to detail
- Conflict resolution and problem solving skills
