JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Full Set Account :

a. Bank Recon (10 Banks)

b. P&L

c. Month End Journal Entry

Daily Sales Collection (Non-Cash) :

• Ensure that the settlement amount is tally with the amount in wavelet (CCF03) > Settlement amount tally to bank statement

Payment :

a. Purchases: Non-BA Supplier Payment (By term)

b. Non-Purchase: Utility Payment

c. Forecasts Payment

d. Non-Purchase: Other's Supplier Expenses

e. Non-Purchase: Payment for Company credit card

f. Send to request supplier statement & Once received print out the statement/Credit Note

g. Payment for Tax Installment (CP204)

e. Filing

Cash Flow Management :

• Update bank balance & daily sales after issuing cheque to other banks for payments

Ad Hoc :

a. Apply Credit Card Machine

b. Supplier Credit Limit

c. Visit Bank

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Accounting and Finance
• 2 years of experience in related field
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Malay to liaise with external parties
• Has a positive and can do attitude
• A good team player and a good sense of responsibility for the whole team
