- Manage GL, Accounts, Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
- Prepare the monthly bank reconciliation, support on cashflow forecast.
- Prepare monthly management reports (P&L, Balance Sheet and schedules)
- Support monthly payroll.
- Prepare Journals Entries and Audit Schedules.
- Monitoring on subscription fees.
- Ensure accurate timely submission of regulatory requirements: Withholding Tax, EPF, SOCSO and etc.
- Process staff claims and payment to suppliers (twice a month)
- Liase with auditors, tax agents, company secretarial and other external parties.
- Maintain good filing system.
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Admin
- Provide and support in administration and human resources matters.
- Maintain and upkeep employee’s file.
- Monitoring employee’s attendance.
- To perform any other duties that will be instructed by manager from time to time.
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Accounting / Finance.
- Excellent numeracy skills & attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of the MS Office suite (particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- A good team player.
- Must be proactive, organized and multi-tasking.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
