- Maintenance of full set of accounts using accounting system;
- Maintenance of subsidiary ledgers and journals;
- Assist to prepare management accounts, cashflow and accounting reports;
- Prepare audit schedules;
- Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly reconciliation reports (bank, creditors and debtors);
- Ensure all accounting recording and reporting are done on timely and accurate basis;
- Handle data entry and responsible for daily accounting record function;
- Any other duties to be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Minimum a Diploma in Accounting / Finance;
- At least 5 years of working experience in accounting field;
- Self-motivated and can work independently;
- Willing to work in PJ area (Seksyen14).
