Job Responsibilities:
​* Responsible for day to day accounting operations of accounts payable, processes invoices, records payments, track expenses, inventory analysis, financial analysis and all other accounting related activities.

• Handling daily operation for Account Receivables.
• Prepare bank deposits, reconciliation of accounts.
• Issue invoice, resolve invoice and statement discrepancies.
• Cross-checked with corresponding invoice and ensure the accuracy of billing.
• Ensure data in system is accurate and posted correctly.
• Monitoring and ensuring the filling and documentation are done systematically.
• Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
• Responsibility for yearly financial audit preparation.
• Responsibility to gather and analysis expenses and financial report.
• To perform and carry out task and work that are assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing environment.
• Required Skill(s): Accounting, Corporate Finance, Reporting Skills, Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented, Reporting Research Results, Confidentiality, Time Management, Data Entry Management, General Math Skills.
• At least 4 years of working experience in related field.
• Good Microsoft Office skills & preferably with experience in ERP system.
• Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
• Sense of responsibility, self-motivated, hardworking and strong interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work in Kulim, Kedah.
