Job description

REQUIREMENT:

• Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including utility bill, reimbursement

claim, supplier invoices, bank & LHDN payment obligation etc

• Verify and ensure all transaction in AP have been approved and taken into accounts timely

and accurately for monthly closing

• Manage bank reconciliation
• Maintaining historical records
• Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing pay check
• Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transaction
• Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
• Maintains accountings ledgers by verifying and posting account transaction
• Conduct monthly stock count
• Managing cash flow
• Assist on audit matters

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Business Administration or the equivalent
• Proficiency in Accounting, and the ability to offer assistance on accounting functions
• Ability to stay focus on tasks, particularly while battling with meeting up with deadlines
• Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Can work under pressure
