Classification: Adjunct Faculty in Journalism - School of Communications

Required Degree: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.

Required degree must be completed by the start date of this position.

Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with five to ten years professional experience in any of the following areas:

Communications core and electives, Ethics, Feature Writing, Editing, Principles of Journalism

Duties/Expectations: Adjunct teaching opportunity. Course content will be in the field of journalism and social media. These course will be 3 credits and will follow the curriculum provided by School of Communcations faculty. Adjunct obligations will be limited to class instruction only, unless prior notice is given to the adjunct instructor.
