Job description
- Perform general office administrative/clerical and HR related duties
- Maintain proper documentation of records, filing and data entry
- Assist payroll and verifying staffs’ attendance
- Assist in issuance of employment ID, stationeries, uniforms etc • Ensure proper documentation arrangement, record & filing
- To perform any other ad-hoc tasks and when required by the superior.
Requirements
- Good computer skills in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Able to understand and reading in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Minimum Education: SPM or above.
- Must be willing to work in Centro Mall, Klang
