1. Provide excellent customer service to the customers. 2. Attend to inquiries or feedback from the customers. 3. Adhere with the Company Standard Operating Procedures. 4. Ensure hygiene of the Cinema premises & equipment. 5. Handling of point of sales system. 6. Regular hall checking to ensure movie pictures / sound / subtitles are clear. 7. Any other duties as assigned by the Company
