Job description
Responsible- Assist in printing, photocopy, binding and filing documents
- Maintaining stock records and liaise with supplier on ordering stocks
- Update and ensure proper filing and able to retrieve all kinds of documents as requested by superior
- Assist in ad-hoc assignment, such as dispatch, setting up career booth and seminar place
- Assist in handyman services such as changing fluorescent light, checking copier machine, printer and other office equipments
- Male only
- Min SPM or similar / equivalent qualification and with 1 year experience in any related industry
- Must possess a valid driving license
- Knowledge in MS office / Excel / Word
- Able to speak and write in English and BM
