Job Descriptions:- Maintain current insurance certificates for renewal, cancellation and deletion of worker policy.
- Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails enquiry.
- Organize file perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain and update company databases.
- Provide administration support such as scanning, filing and printing.
- Data entry and document control.
- Implement any ad-hoc instructions as required.
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary school/SPM/”O“ Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/ A-Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Business. Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- Good Interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer literate.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
