Job description
- Handle debit card conversion exercise
- Handle daily processing of SG Hubbing of processing functions such as card replacement/re emboss, card termination, Easicredit closure, limit adjustment, SICS data maintenance, next day report checking and other card related maintenance.
- Ensure all enquiries from Contact Centre, Collection Department, Business (GLF) are handled promptly
- Process new applications for Secured Card and Corporate Card application and execute end to end card process with due diligence checks, eName screening, Credit Bureau screening and processing checks.
- Perform call back to customer for information verification when required
