Job Responsibilities Manage full spectrum of Human Resource operational functions, including recruitment, payroll and C&B administration, industrial relations and employee engagements. Develop and implement programs for talent acquisition: recruitment, selection, orientation and job placement Ensure proper administration of the Human Resource & Admin according to company policies and procedures. Provide leadership in industrial relations, including providing accurate advice on employment legislation, leading or participating in managing change processes and in resolving grievances, disputes or other industrial matters. Develop and implement reward and recognition schemes according to local business needs. Work and manage on work force budgets for branches, forecasts, and a system on relating new positions to projects to FTE. Provide HR reporting for Management review and discussion. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Resourceful, self-motivated with high integrity and ability to work independently. Strong passion for HR work with good organizational and interpersonal skills.
